Corporate Professionals has launched a book and a website on the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code 2016. The publication titled ‘‘Compendium on Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016’’ was launched by Mr. M.M. Kumar, President, National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT).
The event also saw the unveiling of the website “www.insolvencycode.com” by Dr. M.S. Sahoo, Chairperson, Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (IBBI) who graced the occasion as the Guest of Honour.
On the occasion, Pavan Kumar Vijay, Founder, Corporate Professionals said, “We are extremely delighted to launch our Book on Insolvency & Bankruptcy Law which is dedicated to highly topical and vital aspect of insolvency law and practice and will provide clear and comprehensive explanation of rules and procedures under the Code.
