Lupin CFO Ramesh Swaminathan puts in his papers

"We thank him for his contributions to Lupin over the last 12 years and wish him success in his future endeavors," the company said in a regulatory filing on Tuesday.

Lupin Limited, a transnational pharmaceutical company based in Mumbai, has announced the resignation of its Chief Financial Officer Ramesh Swaminathan.
 
In a regulatory filing to bourses on Tuesday, the pharma major said, "We wish to inform that Mr. Ramesh Swaminathan Chief Financial Officer of the company has decided to pursue other responsibilities outside the pharmaceutical industry and will be leaving the organisation in the month of December 2018."
 
"We thank him for his contributions to Lupin over the last 12 years and wish him success in his future endeavors," it added.
 
Swaminathan's work experience spans over three decades. He had joined Lupin in 2007 and since then he has been working here.
